Kathy’s Most Delicious Power Breakfast
3/4 C cooked quinoa
1 packet H2PROTMBone & Joint Health Flavorless
1/3 C almond milk
1/4 C blueberries or any mix of fruit
2 T coconut
2 T almonds
1 T pecans
- Stir the quinoa, H2PROTM Bone & Joint Health Flavorless and almond milk together. The quinoa needs to be room temperature or cooler (<1000 F).
- Mix in the fruit, coconut, almonds and pecans.
